No. Planner can be operated entirely by managers. Team and Growth can mix self-service employees with manager-managed crew.
You can begin after adding your company, job sites, and employees. Setup time depends on the size of your operation.
No. Invited employees sign in through a supported web browser.
Yes. Employees can submit available dates and requested days off from a modern mobile browser.
Yes. Jobs, staffing requirements, and assignments stay organized by location.
Yes. Store company-defined qualifications, skills, issue dates, and expiry dates, then use them when reviewing assignments.
An employee can request an absence from a published shift. Managers review the request, see the resulting coverage gap, and choose a replacement. CrewVora does not make the final assignment automatically.
Yes. Set a monthly submission deadline and see who has and has not responded.
CrewVora supports company admin, shift manager, site manager, viewer, and employee roles.
Employee rosters can be imported from CSV. CrewVora does not currently convert every arbitrary spreadsheet or historical schedule automatically.
Plans cover teams of up to 30, Growth supports up to 100, and Enterprise is available for 101 or more employees.
Workspace access is restricted until a company administrator selects a plan. No card is required to start the trial.
Yes. Server-side authorization and Supabase row-level security isolate each company workspace.
Monthly shifts can be exported as CSV. A print-ready view can also be saved as a PDF from the browser.
Company administrators can open Stripe's customer portal from billing settings to review or change the subscription, subject to the terms shown there.
